I have to bring the current findings of cognitive science into everyday work. I want to create room for a perspective change, which makes a more reasonable doing possible based on conscious communication. A pre-requisite is not only the use, but also the internalization of the new approach. Understanding is a long process that requires effort from everybody. Therefore it is an evolutionary, long-term process - Constant dripping erodes the stone.
